We worked closely with the Berkelo team on this collaboration along with their long term supplier of flour Wholegrain Milling Co. We needed to come up with branding, packaging, brand voice and identity.
Sourdough pasta is a completely new product to Australia and little known in the rest of the world. Aiming to make this naturally leavened, nutrient rich and great tasting pasta approachable and easy to digest for the customer. With ambitions of putting the wheat farmers and flour millers first to consumers that this is produced in Australia with 100% Australian produce. We achieved this by using a mix of photo and video content to profile the individuals behind the product.
With both companies taking such a sustainable approach to their businesses there was no exception with this one. Opting for 100% home compostable packaging, breaking down completely in 21 weeks, leaving zero eco toxins, adhesives or inks everyone settled on a packaging that embodies the product perfectly.
Sourdough Pasta was created to give people a food that supports better digestibility & tastes great.
